Banyada was created to help busy leaders, families, retirees, and companies operate with greater clarity, organization, and peace of mind. We provide premium Thai-based support across work, life, family logistics, senior support, relocation planning, and Thailand-based coordination. Banyada combines carefully screened Thai-based professionals, structured workflows, Al-enabled tools, and U.S .- managed quality oversight to improve productivity, communication, follow-through, and trust. Our belief is simple: people carrying complex responsibilities should not have to manage every detail alone. Today's clients are constantly balancing calendars, inboxes, travel, meetings, vendors, household logistics, aging parents, personal responsibilities, business follow-through, and sometimes major life transitions across countries. Over time, those details can become overwhelming, distracting, and difficult to manage without trusted support. Banyada exists to create calm behind the scenes - helping clients reclaim time, reduce stress, and stay focused on the decisions, relationships, and opportunities that matter most. FOUNDER
LIKA WONG
Lika Wong brings a rare combination of business ownership, international operations, legal training, compliance experience, and a bilingual U.S.-Thailand perspective to Banyada. As co-founder of JM Global Trading, Lika helped operate a nationwide chemical distribution business, managing import logistics from Southeast Asia, vendor documentation, payment terms, safety data sheets, bills of lading, and client relationships with municipalities and small- to mid-sized businesses across the United States. This experience gives her a practical understanding of operational detail, client service, logistics, and follow-through. Before becoming a business owner, Lika worked in higher education administration and regulatory compliance as a designated school official. In these roles, she managed F-1 visa student records, issued I-20 documentation, maintained SEVIS compliance, supported registration processes, advised students on CPT and OPT procedures, and helped manage academic records for a 300-student body. Lika also has strong legal and academic credentials. She earned an LL.B. from Thammasat University in Thailand, graduated in the top 12% of her class, completed the Thai Barrister Program, holds a lawyer's license from the Lawyer Council in Bangkok, and earned a paralegal studies certificate from San Francisco State University. She is also pursuing an MBA through the University of Illinois. Fluent in English and Thai, Lika understands how to bridge U.S. client expectations with Thailand-based professional talent. Her background in law, compliance, business operations, education administration, and cross-border logistics helps shape Banyada’s culture of trust, discretion, organization, and high-quality execution.
